I want to give you the freedom to choose how you want your project to move forward. Aside from my standard service options at a fixed fee, you may combine multiple services. Typically, for clients with big projects who need multiple services will be charged at an hourly rate.

Basic 3D Model

A basic 3D massing model will show the over all shape of the house. As well as showing details like trims, windows, and doors. Minor details to encapsulate the overall figure of your concept. Prices vary depending on size or level of detail.

Under 1,300 sq. ft. - $100

1,300 - 3,000 sq. ft - $300

+3,000 sq. ft - $500

3D Render

This includes exterior, and interior renderings. For this service, you could provide me an existing 3D model that needs to be rendered. I can also build the 3D model from scratch, and go through my full process, from the modeling phase to the rendering phase. The idea is to envision exactly the materials you would like to see in real life.

Exterior Renderings - $400

Interior Rendering - $600

Multiple Ext. / Int. Renderings - $800

Drafting

I can translate your sketches or ideas into a set of drawings. Any specific reason you may need drafting services, I will accommodate to you and your needs.

Plans (Per Floor) - $100

Elevations (all four sides) - $200

How it Works & FAQ’s

  • Timeframe really depends on size of the project…

    Lets say you only need a single room modeled / rendered, that can be done rather quickly within a couple days.

    If I need to develop the 3D model from scratch, it can take between 1-3 weeks, due to the amount of detail, and precision that goes into each project. High quality work for all my clients is of upmost importance to me, and my brand.

  • I use Rhino 7 to develop my 3D models. If you don’t have a .3dm file, that is fine. Most 3D files work on Rhino.

    With a provided model, the fixed fee for rendering will be calculated by the size of the project. I can take a look at your file, and tell you what category it falls under.

    Some jobs will have different exceptions, but I will be open to negotiating when unique opportunities come about. Being as flexible as possible to adhere to your specific needs.
